請教一下最近奇摩的信箱連的上去嗎

自從昨晚到今天
要登入信箱就出現這種畫面

這狀況是開始使用Bit comet當晚發生的
之前也有使用隱藏ip的程式
但我都關掉了
系統是windows xp sp2
請大家幫我解答吧
