i am also experiencing another problem with this tv. the audio sound "mutes" (actually, goes to zero) sometimes. i have had sharp exhange a new tv for me 4 times already and now i am very frastrated with this tv and am trying to get a refund for this tv. of course, i am just getting kicked around and no one wants to give me a refund... thus,
THIS IS A FAULTY TV WHICH SHARP IS STILL SELLING. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TV!!!
i might even sue them since they are not offering me a acceptable solution to my problem.
ps: they want me to switch to a higher-end model and want me to pay more. what an aweful solution!!!
