Please Help me!! Sharp 902sh Japan version unlocked. BLUETOOTH PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!

The bluetooth on my phone works and it won't make the phone shut down, but the software(handheld manager) appears not connected to my phone althought my phone BT has connected with the PC. any idea how to solve this problems ... sharp 902sh japanese. Please!!! I am pretty pissed right now. Why it happens to me????
