A database of 'remotes' for the most common electrical appliances is available, allowing end-users to add remotes from an accompanying CD or the manufacturer’s website. The IrRC library also includes functionality which enables manufacturers to add ‘learning mode‘ to the remote control application. This allows end-users to customize the remote control to include all relevant devices to suit their individual needs.
