I bought this SuperGSM Reader from Ebay. Do you think it works with SIM-EMU software?

Anyways, I bought this drive because I am trying to edit the "Service Provider Name" from the orignal sim card address 7F20:6F46 but the software that comes with the SuperGSM Reader package, it only let me read it instead of make changes of it. My Cellphone company put in their Big company address "www.XXXX.com" there and it block my T610 Screen so I want to erase it. If I want to edit this field, Do I need to buy a new blank Sim Card and make clone of my original Sim card? Is my SuperGSM REader capatible of cloning Sim card?
