Is ur Hypersim with the iNex128 chip? In Singapore, we can use Hypersim256 from mainland china. Verify working. But we have not tested with Hypersim iNex from taiwan.
找了一下這軟體 Dekart SIM Explorer
http://www.dekart.com/products/card_management/sim_explorer/似乎可以讀取和編輯SIM,USIM
同家公司還有Dekart SIM Manager
