You will have to enter 2 numbers for your contact. One with the international code infront and the other just the phone number
For eg,
zaninni - +8861234567
zaninni - 1234567
Once you have set the details, you will be able to see whos calling you and who sent a message to you.

For playback, 912T uses mpeg4 to play files. 3gp is also feasible
One very useful tool to convert your video files to mpeg 4 is by using SUPER. The link is as below. Its free to use.

just simply drag your video file into the blank box at the bottom and choose:
- mp4 as the output,
- mpeg-4 as the video output codec
- AAC as the audio output codec
- choose resolution to 320x240 <-- its a must cos 912T max resolution is only 320x240
- aspect 4:3
and you can view your videos on your phone!
Another point to take note is, 912T will not play video clips that are more than 60 mins long. Thus you will need to split the video file when necessary. :)
