n大，你貼在這裡的訊息太少了，很難判斷，這樣很難幫你，多描述一下你子怎麼操作的吧.... 還裝了什麼 APP? 用的 USB 線是不是有問題？
不過看起來是 su 及 superuser.apk 兩個檔案沒有正常的從你電腦複製到你的手機，或是有可能是手機裡的 adbd 程式不太正常，當然這是假設你用了正常的操作方式囉...
我是在1/3購買的機子，ANDROID 版本為4.11
ROOT步驟是按照catopia大在1樓的步驟及48樓的檔案
RESTORE後重開機就出現下列訊息

目前這個方式應該只適用於 4.0 版，我手邊沒有 MTK6577 的 4.1 版的手機可以幫你試，不過從你的訊息看不出來是不是已經成功的將最重要的 busybox 檔案成功複製過去，所以你可以去 Plsy 商店下載 Superuser 自行安裝看看，或是在你 PC 裡的 stuff 檔案夾中的 Superuser.apk 複製到手機 SD card 中，然後直接開啟後安裝，如果兩個方式的安裝都失敗才比較確定是沒有 root 成功！
你用的是 G-PLUS 釋出的 Android 4.1？ 還是對岸大V的？

我修改了原本的程式 (如附件)，然後在另外的 Android 4.1 設備上 (Android Mini TV) 測試成功，不過這應該可以適用在 Android 4.1 版的 N930+，修改的部份對原本的 Android 4.0 N930 沒影響，一樣可以！
注意！ 程式在執行後會問 USB VID，對 N930/N930+ 而言，直接按 Enter 就好，如果拿去用在別的 4.1 版手機上的話，需要更改為適用的 VID
按 "內容" 後出現另一個視窗
在 "屬性" 中選硬體識別碼
