關於轉mp4的問題

各位大大:

之前得知要轉mp4可用"PSP Movie Creator".

所以興高采烈的試用了一下...不過從前天發現我電腦裡的"PSP Movie Creator"

不能用了...之前一開始這個程式就會先問是否要註冊...

但是後來連"註冊的視窗"也不會跑出來了...然後當我要轉檔的時候就會出現以下的文字

"connot open output file this file is being used by other application
or the output folder is readonly/protected"

不管是要直接轉dvd或是其他電腦裡的檔案都會出現以上的文字

後來又得知有另一個檔案可以使用"PSP Movie Express"奇怪的事又再度發生...

要轉檔的時候一樣會出現"connot open output file this file is being used by other application or the output folder is readonly/protected"

怎麼辦呢???

那行字到底在透露什麼呢?!

請各位大大幫個忙咩!!!
