我這輩子沒有碰過這種事情,全新的SP3既然可以載送到台灣微軟指定的維護廠商中間被摔壞。
目前只能跟微軟亞洲區的服務人員洽談因 LCD Panel 摔傷的保固服務內容,可能需要購買:Complete Service,但是不得不說:雖然我英文不好,但是服務人員(Edan與Russel)的態度真的非常積極與和善,很有耐心的跟我用英文解釋完,雖然不確定可不可以透過購買 Complete Service 解決這個問題,但是我真的要說他們的服務真的很不錯。
PS: 有沒有人碰過這種事情?這個責任歸屬應該要找微軟?還是快遞公司?或台灣的維修中心呢?

Sorry for your inconvinence, the SP3 receipt and the LCD broken picture as attached file.
I need description all of repair process:
1. Whole new SP3 send to me at 4/Dec/2014.
2. I was update service pack and reboot fail
3. Reboot fail even push start buttom for 5~10 second still can Not open
4. Open Tech support and get support number :

5. Sent the SP3 to repair center in Taiwan
6. Today (13/Dec/2014) : I get the shipment and open the box, LCD Panel is broken and repair center said when they received the package
the SP3 was broken and can Not provide the repair service, the proof picture as attached.
PS: Original request just for a help to solve the service update fail problem, the result was LCD panel broken when I get the SP3,
Maybe is delivery company made that or Repair center made that, I don't know but I feel so helpless and never feel that before...
I know Not your problem, please consideration to change another delivery company in Taiwan please...that delivery not like Fed Express..
