The drivers everyone is looking for are at the Dell Bermuda site. They are the 1130 drivers.

Here's the installation instructions.
1. download the file - these are for the Dell Latitude 10
2. The file - Intel_CLV_installer_PR7_A05_CRT47_ZPE.exe is just a self extracting zip file, so go ahead run.
3 The contents will extract to C:\dell\Drivers\CRT47
4. Once done, go in and manually update the video driver. From Win 8.l, Open Charm Bar, Search for Control Panel. Open System, Device Manager, Display Adapters, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator. Next click on the drivers tab and choose update driver. Choose Browse My Computer, Let Me Pick...., and then make sure to click the Have Disk button.

5. You will then browse to the following location. C:\dell\Drivers\CRT47\Drivers\Graphics or where every you unzipped the files to.
6. The system will show you two possible choices, I have tested both and found that the "igd_gfx32_clv" is the best choice. The 50907 seems to show a black screen on wake\unlock every once and a while. You can get around this by hitting the Windows button on the front of the tablet.
7. Install Drivers and Reboot.
8. After Reboot run Windows update. Windows will show you and updated video driver, it's the 1160 driver, you will want to right click (or long press) on the this update and choose hide so you will not inadvertently install this driver.

I have taken the time to post detailed instructions for the less technical among the group that are struggling with the problem, and feel that 8.1 has been more trouble than it's worth. I hope this helps everyone.

Now that you have your temporary fix, what's different between the 1130 drivers and the 1150+?
I'll bet that if the president of Lenovo were having this problem you'd know the answer!
