我的R52 1846cc2 刚买的由于安装了两个杀毒软件所以想是重装Norton就可以把其中的一个删除结果在安装的过程中出现安装问题电脑就显示重新启动结果启动后电脑无法正常进入Windows就出现hard erro的显示还有什么acc000021之类的错误显示所以麻烦高手可以详细解释如何自己重装电脑恢复原系统因为我进不了windows所以我不知道怎么样恢复原来的windows系统还有我不是很懂电脑的...谢谢有人能帮助我了..手提电脑刚买了不到几天阿...

A IBM R52 should has its own Recovery software
Just do the Factory Recover should make it
Please read your instruction books to find out how to perform this.

but I'm not gd at labtop skill so what should I do then? and there is a very important problem, I couldn't get into windows picture? Could you explain it clearly plx..thank you so much...

I have tried it so many times but the picture always show "stop Coooo21a unknow hard error unknow hard error" and I have tried to ues the recovery but it showed autochk not found ..... and the tabtop will restart again...and again
