5 年前買第二台 NB，先看兩家 頭文字A 的廠牌
Acxx 廠 Home、End 跟 PgUp、PgDn 做在一起，淘汰
Asxx 廠 Home、End、PgUp、PgDn 一直線排在最右邊，淘汰
看到仁寶的 N30W 鍵盤排列非常好
1. Insert、Delte、Home、End、PgUp、PgDn 依照一般鍵盤排列
2. 左下角 Ctrl 然後才是 Fn
3. Ctrl、Alt、Shift、Enter 鍵都很大
又是 Dell OEM 的機種，就下樓領錢抱回家
這一台沒有讓我失望過，非常滿意，幾乎沒有當過機
去年底購入 IBM R51，除了 Fn 鍵的位置要花一些時間習慣之外，其餘都很好
不過 IBM 的 Ctrl 比 Fn 大，其實也蠻不容易按錯的
國內做 Notebook 這幾家廠商, 似乎沒人在乎商用市場, 以前的 Acer 還勉強看的出來稍為有點區分, 直到今年的新機種, 除了 3000 之外, 其它的機種都把 Home/End/PgUp/PgDn 放到最右邊, 實在不知道該怎麼說...
ASUS 的東西從一開始到現在的鍵盤都蠻奇怪的. 早期鍵盤的鬆垮的程度還不是普通的誇張, 直到今年才有些許改變, 但還是沒半台的 Keyboard Layout 像樣的.
或許他們都主攻消費市場吧, 現在有很多人買 Notebook 也不是用來工作的...
倒是仁寶代工的 Acer 292, CL50/51/55/56 系列, 以及技嘉的 N521x 系列用的鍵盤就改的還不錯, 常在 Linux 環境下工作或是寫程式的人應該會喜歡. 不過有 SXGA+ 的只有 CL56.
要拿 Laptop 來寫程式或是有大量打字需求的工作, 還是找 IBM, HP, DELL 的商務機種吧! 這些機種的特色就是沒有特色, 但是穩定, 保固較長, 擴充性高(你想的到想不到的配件都有), 最重要的是, 在 Keyboard 品質及 Layout 上都好的多.
Although I think the "Little Red point" is a nice design.
During the time I spent with Thinkpads (School computer lab)
I do not really like the keyboard of IBM Thinkpads.
They are nice for people who used to use Desktop keyboard,
deep and hard keys.
However, I prefer the keys are not that deep and hard, since it is more tired and nosiy when using it.
The position of FN key and CTRL key, depends on user's need, may have different feeling.
For people that use a lot of CTRL key, then it should be placed at the first key down there, while some others have to access Function keys a lot will like the FN key as the first key.
I am currently using Apple's PowerBook
Therefore FN key placing at the first key is better, as you do no need CTRL keys a lot while using Keyboard shortcut.
I think PB's keyboard is quite nice EXCEPT the arrangement of the directional key
They should be in full size, not half size, they make it half size just for beautiful.

要做成組合鍵的話, 好歹方向鍵旁也多擺顆 Fn 吧, 寧可空在那邊, 真是服了設計者了...
我習慣用 Hotkey, k/b layout 不佳的話會很痛苦。 P7010 就我來看啥都好, 就壞在這個組合鍵上...

我幾年沒用滑鼠了,都是靠TouchPad和Keyboard
主要是大量使用Hotkey以減少使用TouchPad,
所以Ctrl,Alt,Shift,Home,End,PageUp,PageDown都是大量使用
