想買這一台電腦想好久了!最近有台幣升值電腦降價然後又有送到台灣(香港代理)
今天終於下定決心買了下去!可是收到客服的回信說:

I am sorry to inform you that the item(s) namely:
OQO UPC
you ordered contains features / components that being categorized as
- military restrected items (WiFi, 802.11a/g, Bluetooth, GPS) - radio
transmission items (GSM, CDMA mobile phone)
by the customs of Taiwan.
Importing the above items are restricted to licensee with permit for
every times of importing.
Kindly please check if you have the appropriate import license
The above requirement is beyond our control and we have no any
alternative ways of shipping to Taiwan that bypass the possibilities
of being random checking for declaration of the shipment.
If you wish to do so you are welcome to have the goods collected from
our Hong Kong office by your courier (we recomend FedEX or DHL) - we
will not charge you any tax or shipping costs, but you will be
responsible for the duty on importation.
To avoid multiple failed collection attempts and delays, please wait
until receiving an email stating your order has been "Shipped" before
arranging collection. If you have a DHL or FedEx account please
provide the account number so the documentation can be completed in
advance of the collection.
The courier should be provided with the following information:
1. Your order reference.
2 The Delivery address.

我差一點要哭了!不知道台灣為什麼會把(WiFi, 802.11a/g, Bluetooth, GPS)這些歸為軍事用需要想關証明才能買,不然就是要再等通過審查才可以!
希望懂的人可以幫幫我!第一次在國外買東西(東西是從香港送到台灣的)
