[need some help] Is Leadtek 9534 cf gps the same thing as Techway's 9534?

I am planning to buy a cf gps card and saw on ebay the Techway 9534. However I could not find any review on the product. The Leadtek product and Techway's have the same model number and look the same. Do any of you know whether they are the same thing? Thanks
