因為一月要去美國參展, 不知道4千多元值得買嗎? 有點貴貴滴...
只覺得台灣的配PAPAGO還算堪用, 不知道國外圖資部份多哪些特色?
對我這個sales而言, 最重要的是: 圖資coverage, POIs, and route planning.

If you look at USA maps carefully in "About", they all say 2005.2 @ 2006 TeleAtlas. They are 2005.2 set data processed in 2006.
Australia / Europe maps are more current, that's for sure.
However, Mio (iGo) has fixed some errors and Maryland / Washington, DC maps recently (12/20/06). They issued a C310x map update online and pulled it offline soon after. Guess there are still other bugs they want to fix before officially put it online.
Also, iGo 2006 SE (Second Edition) is under final beta testing. I still suggest people to wait until next spring (maybe 1 month away) to get the latest version and map data.

Well, i think Mio didn't want to update the map to end user ,since it takes lot of effor on it.

Buy it , and you will find the latest map.
Both TomTom and iGo use TeleAtlas. As far as I can remember, the latest map set for USA is 2006.6. TomTom only just got it recently and has not offically release map in USA. iGo is said to be "working on it". I wonder how Novogo got 2006 set of maps. Is it 2006.1?

If NOVOGO North America has the 2006 version updated map data, MIO and TOMTOM should have it ? How come it takes longer for two big guys to get the maps ?
If it's true that NOVOGO has the latest map data from TA, definitely this will be my number one choice.
however, the question comes down to whether the NOVOGO 2006 map version is for real and fully suppported by iGO ? By reading the comments posted above, I see there is already new data set available and will go for the 2006 data since there is no point to purchase 2005 outdated junk. I will verify this myself by checking with NOVOGO. THanks dudes to both of you~~
