In regards to the Dial issue, since you have updated your Navdy Display to the latest beta firmware (version 2478), you must have updated your Dial's firmware to version 60 as well.
In this version of the Display, there is a known issue that's causing the Navdy Display to falsely report the battery level of the Dial (i.e. your Dial's battery level is actually just fine). Our engineers are aware of this matter and are currently working on a fix for it.
As for spare lens, at this time, we don't offer any accessories for sale. If you or any of your friends that are using Navdy happen to damage your lens, please have them reach out to us and we're happy to send the replacement part per a case by case basis.
