- 使用 ClearVue PPT，搭配投影背夾或其他支援 VGA 輸出的裝置來放映投影片。
| 1 | 了解 ClearVue PPT 的功能和限制 若您的裝置有內建，您可以利用裝置中的 ClearVue PPT 播放 PowerPoint 格式的投影片。ClearVue PPT 支援顯示 Office PowerPoint 的投影片，不需要經過轉換。不過，ClearVue PPT 僅支援顯示投影片的放映、備忘稿和投影片的筆記，不支援編輯投影片的功能。 |
| 2 | 將投影片傳輸到裝置中 如果您在 ActiveSync 中有開啟檔案同步的功能，您可以透過 ActiveSync 將檔案傳輸到手機中。將 PowerPoint 檔案存在我的電腦 > 行動裝置，或存在我的文件 > [Pocket_PC] My Documents 資料夾。
在同步之後，您的 PowerPoint 檔案也同步傳送到裝置中。您可以在開始 > 程式集中，開啟 ClearVue PPT，在檔案 > 開啟舊檔中開啟投影片檔案。

| 3 | 切換投影片檢視模式 您可以在功能表中點選檢視，在大綱模式、投影片瀏覽和備忘稿中共 3 種檢視模式中切換。
大綱模式顯示投影片的內容；投影片瀏覽可以讓您在投影片的縮圖中，挑選其中一張投影片；備忘稿模式顯示您簡報時搭配投影片的備忘稿。

| 4 | 播放投影片 在功能表中選擇投影片放映 > 投影片放映開始放映投影片。您可以用點一下螢幕換頁。
若您需要呼叫功能表，可以點一下畫面右下方的箭頭，呼叫功能表。在功能表中，您可以選擇畫筆，在投影片上標示記號。

| 5 | 設定投影片播放方式 在功能表中選擇投影片放映 > 設定放映方式，修改放映時的一些設定，包括了換頁方式，螢幕顯示方向等。
