「求助」在POCKET GEAR買軟體遇到問題.請大大幫忙～感謝

前陣子因為想讓PDA能秀上天氣.選來選去選了WeatherPanel.
然後就在POCKET GEAR買了.很快的訂單回信及註冊序號均有回信.
但是被他認定我的"所有人"是有問題的.要我檢查我的資訊.
可是我確認沒有問題.於是回信要求再寄給我新的註冊號碼.
但是就再也沒有回音了.我不知道是哪裡出了問題.附上原文信.請各位大大幫忙看看.
是不是有什麼訊息是我遺漏了.因為英文不太好.麻煩大大們啦！！
