If you have purchased your iPAQ Pocket PC H5450 or H3900 Series product between May 23, 2003 and September 23, 2003 and you have your proof of purchase, you may be eligible to order the upgrade from Microsoft.
If you purchased your iPAQ Pocket PC H5450 and/or H3900 Series outside of the dates mentioned above, you can purchase the upgrade for $29.95 (US) from Hewlett-Packard.
