之後我做了
Soft reset,及站上大大提供的hard reset的方法一樣無效
我猜應該是P350的regitry被搞亂了,所以無法開機,所以上網google了windows mobile 5的clean reset的方法,試了好幾次,依舊無效(似乎那方法是用於IPAQ機種的??).不知各位大大是否知道P350的clean reset 的方法??

網路上找到的clean reset的方法,內容截取如下:

To perform a clean reset and return your HP iPAQ to factory settings:
1*. Press and hold the Calendar, Power, and Messaging buttons.
2**. While holding down these buttons, use the stylus to lightly press the
Reset button on the bottom of the HP iPAQ until the device
restarts.
3. When the HP iPAQ restarts, release all of the buttons, and then
remove the stylus from the Reset button.
The HP iPAQ restarts and powers on.
* for the HX4700/4705 series, hold down the [Contacts] + [Inbox] buttons instead.
** for the HX4700/4705 series, there will be a clean reset confirmation. To cancel, press iTask and to confirm, press Calendar.
