new HP2210,unable to read chinese,need help

I got new hp2210 from taipei,bring back to california 2 weeks ago.I found,memo part for contact,only able to read in English, first time put in chinese able to see,but once I close then open again,become un-readable sign. In system,I load in chinese bible, monster SIP,& pocket genius.Is some one have same problem,need help to fix this problem. Thanks.
