還是不要亂更新的好，因為非官網釋出來的東西你也不知道他的內容是什麼，出了問題也不知道找誰負責阿！

不知你的DOPOD 818最新ROM 是從何而來，該網站好像並沒有提到這個ROM是
給DOPOD 818使用的。
這樣可能會給使用者與dopod造成誤解哦！

I would love to take a look but yr link doesn't work and display correctly. And I could not find it on xda-developers's FTP site too.

In addition, yr version number (1.40.06) is a bit strange to me. It should be something like 1.13 or 1.14 since the last version is 1.12.

This ROM not for 818 that for Blue angle XDAIIs ROM ,same as Dopod 700
