The date-time stamp just let users know when the image was updated. The position of it was not cover any important part of the image. If everyone thinks it is not necessary, I will ask developer to remove in the next version.
A new version with 1-week forecast information could be released in the next few days.
Here are two important features:
1 "一週天氣" and "今明天氣" are now supported. The information are extracted from weather.yam.com. I think it is from "中央氣象局".
2 The "current" weather is still from 中央氣象局, but the downloading approach is changed. Hopefully, it will shorten the downloading time.
However, I would like to get "some suggestion" from the interesting users.
A. Because the information can not be get from just one site, the program need to go to mutiple url to download and extract the information. That will increasing the updating time. Since I am in USA and really no idea how this will affect users in Taiwan. I would image the downloading should be faster.
B. There are two tab pages in the 2.0. This cut a liitle bit of the height of the actual display area. As you can see, the whole Twian image can no longer fit in the image window. Would this be a big issue? User still can move the image using the stylus.

裝了.NET Compact Framework SP3應該就可以了
您的問題可能是出在win 2000 server上面（我猜測的）
可試著由Windows XP中來安裝NET Compact Framework SP3看看
