If I read it right, there was lunar calendar (農曆) in the screenshot. I don't think you can do that in TodayPlus.
I am not sure how the lunar calendar exist there. (maybe it's how Simplified Chinese PDA display long date by default).
Yes, it a modified Hammerskin. It's just include everything for him to start w/. As I said, he need to modify the skin file to suit his need.
