Yes, it is "太貪心".
自動update is possible but it will be added until the program is stable.
加入today is a long........shot. The developer did not have any experience in today plug-in..

That was right. To get all the "今明天氣" from weather.yam.com, the program needs to extract the information from all 22 html pages. If you don't need update "今明天氣", just uncheck in the setup page. The updating speed will be faster.
"Pocket Weather"? Is that a new weather program for PPC?

In 1.04, only one radar image was downloaded and information was only extracted from 中央氣象局. There is another big difference between 1.XX and 2.XX. In 1.XX, the information extraction was not done on PPC, it was done on developer servers and downloaded to device. In other words, when user taps the download button, the device sent a request to developer site and the server request weather information from cwb website, extracted the information then sent back to user. As you can see the internet traffic was from Taiwan (user) --> USA (developer site) --> Taiwan (中央氣象局) --> USA (developer site) --> Taiwan (user). It took mutiple routes, and if developer's site is down then you will not be able to update the information. In 2.XX, the request is sent to 中央氣象局 and yam direcly and the extractions are done in user's PPC.
The information process speed also dependes on the source. In Weather Panel or SPB weather, or PocketWeather, they all get data feed from weather.com. In their case, the data was obtained as "data format" (simple and clear). In our case, there is no simple data feed from 中央氣象局. The program does is to download the source page of html and search the keywords then extracted the weather information. As I pointed out many times, there are 22 html pages to be downloaded and processed in order to get "今明天氣" for all the list city from 蕃薯藤. That was the reason the downlaoding time is much slower than previous version.
We were happy that users in Taiwan think this program is useful and will continue to improve it although we don't need it for ourselves. However, there is so much we can do and the source is limited. Here are some are coming up.

Yes, this issue will be addressed in the next release.
What happened was we don't not have Chinese OS in our computer, therefore all the Chinese characters are loaded from the txt files. If you opened data.txt you just updated and the original one, you can see something is missing. If you put back what was missing, then it will show up again. Again, due to the lack of Chinese OS system in our computers, we can not have this Chinese title build in the codes.
