xda-developer登入後，無法下載附件及po文

有一段時間沒去xda-developer論壇，最近上去看文章，發現帳號還在，還可以登入，不過登入後，如果要下載附件或po文，就會出現下面訊息：

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

我帳號是被凍結了嗎？要如何重新啟用？
