I plugged in the infrad to the USB port and Phone(Nokia6600) IR is on, my computer find my phone
but my problem is Nokia PC suite cant connect my phone, what is wrong with that??

Try download the latest version from NOKIA and try it out 1st.
Or maybe mRouter setting in your computer isn't complete.
mRouter can be found after you installed NOKIA PC Suite (after windows re-start), a small gray icon looks like two disconnected plugs located at the bottom right hand corner of the windows task bar. Move your mouse pointer to mRouter, right click then select Property. Then select IrDA as the connection setting.
Turn on IrDA in NOKIA 6600, then place the phone next to your IrDA, after it detected the phone, mRouter should turn into a coloured icon. Then you can open NOKIA PC Suite.
