那個file的名字要改嗎？？
那個"Nokia.key.key" 要改嗎？？

開啓之後
“5.接下來 畫面紅框處 為填寫檔名 在此建立與*.key相同檔名 搜尋位置則選擇 NOKIA 自簽檔..
檔名填寫好 點開啟 進入下一步 注意 ！ 欲生成的.csr檔 名稱必須與.key相同喔！ 要不然完成之後
會無法簽入程式當中喔 這點必須注意 還有副檔名為.csr 一樣不可更改”

Developer Certificate creation has been disabled earlier than anticipated due to a high load. We will enable Developer Certificate creation tomorrow (14th February) at the following times (All times are UK times):
09:00am - 10:00am
11:00am - 12:00am
2:00pm - 3:00pm
Apologies for the continuing problems. We hope to resolve this issue before Monday 18th February and remove the restrictions.
