firmware upgrade just enhance the stability of the phone , it will not add more features or reduce the function/quality of the phone . In this case , if your mobile phone was bought from our authorized dealer, there will have 12 months warranty automatically from the day of purchase.We would like to suggest you to check it at our Customer Service Centre and bring along with your original sales invoice for warranty.

"(此次)韌體升級僅為改善手機的穩定性,並未新增功能或減少/降低手機的功能/品質。以您的例子來說,如果您的手機是向授權零售商購買的話,將自動擁有12個月的保固(自購買日起算)。我們誠懇的建議您將手機拿到授權維修中心檢查並攜帶原售出發票以備保固之查驗。"
