Although there is no cable for T610 currently. However the cable for T68i should be compatible. With this cable you should be able to send the pictures, ring tones and themes to phone, but I am not sure about games.
The easiest way to send pictures, ring tones, themes and games to phone is via IrDA or Bluetooth. Just get a IrDA or Bluetooth for your computer if you don't have one.
