How to view Chinese??

I have an English T610. How can I view Chinese? (e.g. in Chinese WAP site) all I can see now is strange code.

Do I need to install a Chinese firmware? If this is true, should I install Hongkong Chinese or Taiwanese Chinese? (I just want to see trad.Chinese, don't need to input..)
