K750I的原場電池莫名其妙膨脹

剛剛要把原廠電池拿下來充電時..發現蓋子很難開..
費了九牛二虎之力+大拇指脫皮才用的下來
原廠電池也不是一推就用的下來~還要東西輔助才拿的出來
結果看了看覺得電池怪怪的..用手+目測法發現電池膨脹了..
請問一下為何會這樣..我是95年1月20號買的..可以要求換新的嗎?
現在在充電~~不知道會不會有危險= =
最左邊那兩個圖那邊有一條直線..就中間部分膨脹起來..

像這種大廠最怕的就是上新聞,我想他們絕對會有誠意解決,說不定會送你兩顆

兩顆什麼?兩顆電池阿

當然也不要要求的太過份啦,直接找SE公司聯絡會比較好,通訊行才懶得鳥你
這應該是過充或是過放, 保固還沒過應該可以換吧~
過充?過放?
充電時我沒有放一整天沒拿下來過
頂多充飽時多放個幾個小時而已
這樣應該沒有太OVER吧
剛有用官網聯絡信件聯絡他們了~馬上就回了~可是一堆英文看不太懂= =
能請高手們大概翻一下嗎~我好像傳到香港的官網去了= =

樓主該重新MAIL一份給台灣分公司
順便比較一下
說到台灣分公司
3點多就另外MAIL一份去台灣分公司
結果現在還沒回
人家香港的我一留過幾分鐘後馬上回給我..
台灣的真的都比別人差嗎
小弟英文沒很差但也沒多好= =
懶的背單字~所以一些字都看不懂><

不過是香港的
大致上看了一下香港的回應,基本上還是在打官腔而已,
所以,香港只是比台灣快回應,對樓主還是沒什麼幫助。

請問接下來該怎麼做會比較好呢?拿去SE專門店灰嗎= ="
只希望能換個新的電池就可以了~沒有要求什麼
