p900 functions, question for 1st timer

I'm currently using t610 and a sony UX50 PDA.
My requirements are very simple: a good sync with outlook, including contacts, tasks, memo, but no emails (since my mailbox is too big!!)

UX50 is a very good all around PDA but I can't find a good memo taker app for palm. In addition, I really like flip phones (貝殼機) and missed the GD88 before switch to t610 (t610 has bluetooth and sync with outlook).

so I'm thinking of
1. X70 + HP 4150, this means a small phone, and an all around PDA.
2. P900.

Spent some time in 光華商場 and physically play with P900 a little bit and the size is acceptable. So the next question is P900's functions related to business use.

How is it's sync with outlook?
does it have a good app for diary or random memo taking and sync with PC?
