I've download this wonderful dictionary, but, it seems that I can't figure out which folder to put in. By all means, directly you should put program in "application" folder, but, there is no "application folder" when you connect S700i with your computer. Thus, I'm quiet confuse how to put the program like you directed.

I had the same problem, but, I solved it already.
You need to transfer the files into your phone via IR! When your connection is on, it will only show the "phone memory", just go ahead and drag the file onto the "phone memory" icon when connected with you phone with IR.
When, its done transfer, your S700 will ask you which file do you want to save it in? Then, you place it just like翔廷 said from the first post!
then you are done!! Wonderful program! Thank you 翔廷!!
