1) choose a video file and add to the program.
2) at the "Profile" choose MPEG4 video format (*.mp4) and the output destination.
3) hightlight the added file.
4) at the right side of the program you can see a list such as "Video", then at the "Video size" you will see "Auto". You must change the "Auto" to 176x144 and I set the Video Bit Rate to 128.
5) Push the button "Encode" and let the program convert the file.

Hi, I've try to do it in your way, but still can't convert to MPEG4, but it work fine to 3gp, do you know why?
