Today on Miami Sony Ericsson together with Maria Sharapova announced new stylish clamsheel - T707, also known as Elle. T707 is non-Walkman sister of W508, which was announced three months ago and will be released very soon.
T707 has same features as W508 and others mid-range phones of 2009 year: 240×320 pixels 2.2″ TFT-screen, small external 128×36 pixels 1.1″ screen, 3.2-Megapixel camera with 3x zoom and without autofocus or flash-light, etc. T707 doesn’t has Style-Up covers, Walkman-player and music keys on the flip as W508.
The new clamshell has design more like well-know Z610i. T707 will be available in three perfect colours. Here they are: Mysterious Black, Spring Rose and Lucid Blue. I think, all three colours are very beautiful, but the best is, of course, Mysterious Black.
Have you noticed small pink ring on the flip of T707? It’s the pulsating lighting effect for calls and message notifications. T707 also supports one special function called Gesture control. With this function you can muting calls and alarm with a wave of your hand over the screen.
T707 has pretty nices sizes: 93×50x14.1mm with weight only 95 grams, while W508 has sizes: 93.5×50x14 and weight 98 grams.
In the box of T707 you will find the phone, battery, charger, stereo portable handsfree and an e-manual inside the phone. The new clamshell will be available in selected markets from June 2009.
