you can use skinner4moto to mod the skin, and enable a full size of picture caller id. however, even thought they say it could enable the full size of picture caller id, it still leaves the bottom part as the contact name thou. but that is so much better than the original (SMALL) size picture caller id.
you can either search the program from google or go to motomodders.net (need registration) to download. freeware.
