幫朋友家升級網路MX4200，光是刷軔體就在他家耗掉一天，
到貨時版本是Ver. 1.0.10.210447
系統提示更新是Ver. 1.0.12.209581
國外能自己下載是Ver. 1.0.13.210200
一開始V10版完全沒有Homekit功能，
系統自動更新到V12出現HomeKit，
但無法整合，一直要求你重開機，
重開機還是一樣無法使用，
最後一不做二不休，直接看到有V13，
直接手動刷入，三台都刷到V13，
然後RESET，重配對重安裝，
三來在同位置配對跟連線，再丟去各層樓，
連線無問題，Homekit也直接整合，
目前幫人裝的配制一樓小烏龜連一台M4200，
再拉一條進Switch交換器，
走實體線去二樓後面接上第二個MX4200，
第三台MX4200用無線吃二樓的MX4200Mesh訊號，
除了一二樓算滿速都跑760Mb左右，三樓也有跑470Mb左右
目前過5天，朋友沒打來7788應該是沒問題。
然後就告訴我這個問題解決了~
各位以為呢?
客服實在有夠難溝通~
以後不再輕易嘗試在台灣沒有客服的產品了！

Our Development Team has an update on your case after they re-evaluated it. They have found, based on the video you have provided that you're using WPA3 encryption
and is not restarting the router, but instead is disconnecting and reconnecting to the Wifi network. As we confirmed, restarting the router resolves the connectivity issue.
We believe the issue you are experiencing is related to the WPA3 specification itself. WPA3 specification requires re-keying every 2-3 days (unlike WPA2,) which apparently
coincides with what you are experiencing.
